My name is Theresa, and I'm the founder of Herb & Crumble. I'm a Clinical Naturopath and a former Clinical Research Scientist by profession, but more importantly, I'm a lifelong believer in the healing power of plants and whole foods. For years, I’ve worked in both clinical and academic settings—digging deep into the science of how herbs, nutrients, and lifestyle shape our health.

But something was missing.

In all my research and consultations, I kept coming back to a central truth: healing shouldn't feel clinical. It should feel nourishing. Comforting. Familiar. Even joyful.

And so, in the quiet hours between patient care, research labs, and my own kitchen experiments, Herb & Crumble was born.
